Chawanmushi – sweet corn dashi, cracklin, pickled chilis and bitter greens with Weißbier

 

Tomato carpaccio, yellow tomato “yolk”, pickled grapes, micro basil, pepitas, olive oil with Mosaic Paint Box IPA

 

Cured Ono- kombu cured cucumber salad, preserved lemon vinaigrette with Lager randalled through Kaffir Lime and Lemongrass

 

Barbecued Lamb Ribs with beer, tamarind, honey, and lime with Double IPA

 

Star S’mores – house made smoked marshmallow, chocolate X-wing, graham crumb English Mild on Nitro
